Double Down – Thursday’s Daily Word Search Puzzle

I heard the phrase “Double Down” on TV last night, and I can’t for the life of me find out where the phrase originated.
It’s mostly used as a gambling term, but it’s also been the name of several different kinds of sandwiches.
No, today’s word search puzzle has nothing to do with the term, other than there are several two word phrases. I just thought the phrase was interesting enough to spend a few minutes researching.
