End Of The 30-Day Challenge Results

It’s the end of the 30-day challenge and only a few are left standing.
My results? Still on track, and dropped nine pounds.
The only thing I changed was I cut out all the sweets. Translated that meant no candy, no chocolate (horrors!) and no soda. Pretty much as little sugar as possible.
We did have a ‘cheat’ day where we got pie on Thanksgiving, but that was it.
Now that the 30 days is over, what next?
Simple. Do it for another 30 days. I find setting a target date makes it easier to do.
I’ll let you know how it goes.
