I asked tech support in an online chat about an issue I was having with one of my gizmos, and the answer was in no way related to my question or the device.
I finally figured out what was going on.
The poor guy on the other end was handling multiple chats at once and typed someone else’s answer in my box.
Not the first time it happened, but this time, it was the funniest!
