It’s Only Illegal If You See It – Thursday’s Word Search Puzzle

I was reading a website about crazy laws and one of them had me scratching my head.
In one city, if you witness any kind of crime – including jaywalking or littering, and fail to report it to the police, you can be charged with obstruction of justice.
That sounds like trying to turn the public into Big Brother to me.
Now, how would they know you had witnessed a crime if you don’t report it? Can you imagine how crowded the courts would be if everyone reported everyone else?
Hey, this might make a good movie or computer game: “World Of Snitches.”
