I like going to the gym, and try to go a couple of times a week.
The one thing I hate about it (OK, there are more than just one thing I hate about it) the most?
Lunks that hog a machine. Yep, there was that one guy that just sat on a machine for a good half hour.
He would do a set, then mess with his phone for five minutes, do a set, then mess with his phone for another five minutes, and on and on.
Anyway, I take comfort that this guy who is about half my age was pushing less weight on the machine than I do.
