I’ve had to listen to a barking dog for the last few hours which has really messed up my concentration.
Sadly, animal control doesn’t work on weekends. The dog needs some proper care. The people that own it just leave it out in the yard all day and all night with little to no shade.
Hopefully someone will clue them in on the proper care of a pet.
