The census bureau has thousands, OK, millions of names. You can actually get a list of the most common names, so that’s what I (sort of) did.
I got a list of over fifty of the most common first names and over fifty of the most common last names, and put them into a word search puzzle.
(OK, I started with a list of the top 500, then randomly pulled some out. I didn’t want to end up with 50 ‘John Smiths’ because that would make a boring puzzle.
Now, here is the challenge. See how many people you know with these names, and see if you can match up both first and last names from the list.
