Well, yesterday was a planned cheat day on my 30-day challenge. I had cherry pie with whipped cream on top for dessert.
It was the most I’ve eaten in a while, and so far the only “sweets” I’ve had since I started the challenge.
Today I’ll be hitting the gym if I can pry myself out of the chair. I’m happy this holiday only comes around once a year.
