I’m in the middle of fixing up one of my rental houses, and today the hot water heater at my own house decided to start leaking water everywhere.
Sheesh. First a burst pipe, an $850 plumbing bill, then some tenants move out, and now this!
I’m thinking I need to build a room with no doors and no windows, just a small slot for someone to feed me through once in a while, just so I can get some time to relax.
So that’s where the construction terms are coming from this time.
