Last night (Thursday as I’m writing this on Friday) I stopped by Harbor Freight and bought a 9.6v cordless rotary tool, sort of like a Dremel tool, but a different brand.
I plugged the battery in its charger this morning before I went to work.
A few hours later, it blew up, terrifying my wife and the cat. I have burned spots on the ceiling and pieces of this thing went everywhere!
It’s item number 69336 and came in a black plastic case with 70 accessory pieces, and sold for $29.00. I mention this in case anyone else out there has one.
