I use a Kindle for most of my book reading these days. There are a couple of reasons for it.
One is that I have so many boxes of books around here that I’ve collected over the years I’m running out of room.
The other is that eBooks can be free or very cheap, and you don’t have to cut down a tree to make one.
Anyway, I was reading a book when the battery gave out. I hadn’t charged it in a few weeks and even though there is plenty of light to read by, my reader wouldn’t work.
I wouldn’t have that problem with a regular book – just turn the page!
The good news is that in the time it took me to check a couple of emails and make a Facebook post my Kindle recharged enough for a few more days reading time.
I figured out how to avoid this issue in the future. I put a weekly reminder on my calender to plug it in and charge it.
Problem solved.
Speaking of problems, here’s today’s word search puzzle.
Enjoy!
