OK, I got my car gassed up and it actually cranked. It ran rough but the diagnostics mostly passed.
A trip to the auto parts store for some new spark plugs and it’s running much better now.
I just have to get it inspected and pay the taxes on it, and I’ll be good to go. I’m hoping to have it on the road by Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest.
