I’m not sure what got me going on it, but I started looking for a CD I had bought at least ten years ago called “Savannah Nights.”
I used to listen to the cassette tape versions on my Walkman way, way back in the day when I would run on a treadmill. The repetitive drum sounds and back ground noises made it easy to turn my brain off for a while and just sort of float along while I ran.
Anyway, I still haven’t found the CD, but I did find the old cassette tape. Now I just need to find an old tape player and perhaps I will take up running on the treadmill again. (Let me know if you have heard of this CD.)
