I’m getting ready for the 30-day challenge by making some slow changes. I have almost two weeks before it starts and I figure that this way is better than going cold turkey.
Speaking of cold turkey, I don’t understand the meaning of that. I like cold turkey, especially when I make it into a sandwich.
