I bought an Oculus Quest VR headset and finally got it in the mail a little over a week ago.
This thing has taken over my life! I have played games until my arms felt like they were going to fall off!
Who knew you had to swing your arms around so much in some of these games?
Then there’s the VR stories and tours. They are great but sometimes require you to walk around, duck under things, move objects, and do stuff to move the story along.
It’s a lot of fun.
There are, however, times I prefer to spend on a regular computer. Jigsaw puzzles and word search puzzles are better suited for the desktop as is browsing the web.
So is reading a book. I get most of mine in electronic format these days both to save room and preserve trees, but mainly so I can change the font size so I can read it more easily.
It also makes them easier to transport.
